Sweetening & Ventilation Service shall provide its customers with the best selection in the market regarding soot, fire protection, inspection and ventilation work. We strive for long-term partnerships with our customers and that any satisfied customer can be a future reference.

Internal and external requirements as well as applicable laws must be followed and our quality environmental and work environment work must lead to continuous improvements. As part of our business operations, we must actively contribute to sustainable environmental development and pollution prevention.

We shall provide all employees with the conditions to be able to fulfill the set requirements by providing good education and taking responsibility for the quality of their own work. In their day-to-day work, all employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with the business policy and compliance with stakeholder requirements.

In the daily work, each employee must show a personal responsibility for health and the environment. It is up to everyone, not only to follow instructions and routines, but also to be aware of and immediately report any risks to a good work environment and the external environment. Priority should be given to care for health and the environment in the event of disruptions.

Before deciding on investments or other changes in the business, work environment and external environmental issues must be discussed, risks investigated and consequences assessed in collaboration with the representative of the employees. Measures must then be taken to prevent negative effects and thereby minimize risks to both the working environment and the external environment.
